Please do not send sensitive personal data or any information that is not necessary for handling your enquiry through the contact form.

3. Why we process personal data

Enquiries and communication

We use data received through the contact form, e-mail or telephone to answer questions, prepare quotations and discuss potential cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in handling business communication.

Contract performance and legal obligations

If we enter into a contract, we process the data needed to perform it. We also retain accounting and tax records to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Website operation and security

We use technical logs to maintain availability, diagnose errors and protect the website against misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.

4. How long we retain data

We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

  • ordinary enquiries and related communication are generally retained for no longer than three years after the last communication, unless a contractual relationship arises,
  • data needed to perform a contract is retained for its duration and subsequently for the period required to protect our legal claims,
  • accounting and tax records are retained for the period required by applicable law,
  • technical logs are retained for the period necessary for website security and diagnostics.

After the relevant period expires, the data is securely deleted or anonymised.

To the extent necessary, data may be processed by our authorised staff and vetted suppliers, particularly hosting, e-mail and IT providers, the website administrator, accountants and legal advisers. We disclose data to public authorities only when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data or provide it to other parties for their own advertising.

6. External services used on this website

The website uses Google Fonts and may display Google Maps on the contact page. When these elements load, your browser may connect to Google and transmit technical information, particularly your IP address and device information. Google's processing is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

If an external service stores cookies on your device that are not strictly necessary, we will request your consent. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings.

7. LinkedIn integration

We may use the LinkedIn API to display public posts from the King Art POS company page automatically. For this purpose, we process only the content required to display a post, particularly its text, public media, publication date, link to the original post, public author or company-page designation and technical identifiers supplied by LinkedIn.

The integration is not used to read visitors' private messages, contacts or non-public profile data. Visitors do not sign in to LinkedIn through this website. Access to the company page is authorised only by an appointed administrator who holds the appropriate LinkedIn role.

Before authorisation, the administrator is informed which permissions the application requests, which data it obtains, whether access is one-off or recurring, how the data is used and how access can be revoked or deletion requested. Authorisation must be voluntary and explicit. When an access token expires, we request fresh authorisation before obtaining more data if required by LinkedIn rules.

Purpose and legal basis

The purpose is to present current public King Art POS communication on our website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in informing visitors about the company's activities. During administrator authorisation, we process the account identifier, granted permissions and access token only to the extent required to operate the integration.

Storage and deletion of LinkedIn data

Content obtained from LinkedIn is retained only for as long as necessary for display and essential temporary caching, and always within the limits of LinkedIn's terms. The data must remain technically separable and individually deletable. Access tokens are protected against unauthorised access and are not disclosed to third parties.

We delete data and tokens obtained through the LinkedIn API immediately when an authorised user requests it, revokes authorisation, closes their account or ends the connection, when we discontinue the integration, or when LinkedIn requires deletion, unless retention is required by law. Requests to disconnect or delete data can be sent to [email protected].

Data transfers

For users in the European Economic Area, the service is operated by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. LinkedIn may also process data through other group companies and suppliers under its own privacy policy. King Art POS does not provide data obtained through the LinkedIn API to other parties for their own marketing.
